Be patient, it may take a little while. Do not continue to submit all of your pages, as you only need to submit the index page of your site to AllTheWeb.
Once you have submitted, try and get a listing with ODP, as this may help a bit also.

I have applied to dmoz about 4 months back but still they have not listed me. I think the editors does not want any competition
