Addin URLs in Lycos

Seems a bit confusing

I am currently a subscriber to Lycos/Fast InSite Select service. I currently have 17 urls purchased, which I purchased about 2 months ago.

I would like to add 11 more urls but it seems confusing. When I am asked to edit the number of existing I put in 28. I would now have 28 pages. But when I was going through the checkout process they are charging me for 28 urls not just 11. Do I get a credit for the 17 already purchased?

I have tried contacting someone at Lycos but all I could find was a general FAQ page. Does anyone know how to contact them?

I agree they have the screwiest interface that I have seen. You will only be charged for the ones you added even though it looks like you will be charged for all of them.

Open an issue and make sure you choose InSite from the 'Your Topic' list. Voice your concern (and make sure you will not get charged ;) )
