You can view it at [lycos.de...] It's in german, and i don't read that to well but it looks like they are selling the #1 position, not something like "Premium sponsor" it's acctually the #1 or?

My German is not good..but I think it reads you get in at the #1 position, and so do your competitors after you ... bumping you one spot down.

It's the catalogue only, not the index. You get the exact same deal as with Fireball.de, actually you can order both listings on that page. Price is € 174 each, annual fee you are listed on top of the category, new paid listings push down older ones.
It's not new, we had discussed this as early as January.
