While doing a submission to Lycos submission [home.lycos.com] page It seemed a little different.

Seems they have redone their submission pages.

With a Limited TIME annual membership costing $18 and a introductory rate of $12.00 per URL you can see your site in LYCOS. They still have their Free Site Submission but you have to SIGN-UP for a account [r.hotbot.com]
Free submission offers:
Free submission of one page of your web site.
• Inclusion takes 4-6 weeks
• Not guaranteed
