Top Dog - accurate data lately?

I currently hold a number one ranking at Google.ca for a particular phrase. According to Top Dog, I don't rank within the first 9 pages at Google for this phrase!

Is anyone else seeing inaccurate information from Top Dog lately? I am aware of Search Engine Commando and am trying that currently. I just forked over the dollars for Top Dog and hate to spend more money on software at this point in time...
