What does "cache" mean in keyword summary

In WebTrends reports, I see a lot of this, what is it?

On the keyword report (search phrases) I sometimes see an entry like this :

cache:xzsgr0e_ohgc www.mydomain.com blue widgets

I just count it as X number of searches for blue widgets, but I don't know what the "cache" reference is.

Can someone explain this?

It's from people who've viewed your site in Google's cache, and then clicked through to another part of your site. (Or if you're tracking image requests, these will show up with that referer too)
