Visitor's most frequent "page" visited is another website!

According to my logs I've had a visitor the last 3 days who has been on my site 28 times. The entry and exit pages are another site all together and not mine. This site also appears to be an "adult" website. How is this possible? What does this mean? Can I ban this user?

Can you see the other sites page? Maybe someone just made a link list of you. OR, someone is running a bot with that page as the referring string.
