Any recommendations for web stats software?

Hi all,

I am precently using thecounter.com to supply stats for my website <snipped>. I now need more info. Has anyone any recomendations for a service that would give me more, preferably including info on how traffic moves through my site. As well as info on where they have clicked through from etc?
