Track multiple sites with own script

I would like to have a logging analysis tool where I can put some code on the page and this is how the stats are collected. Similar to the hitbox method.

However, since I have 12 websites, I would like one place to store all the data but have the script have the ability to track multiple sites. If I own the software, I figure the price might be more cost effective.

Any suggestions on a low cost tool?

I'm looking for the same thing. Successful webstats and others offer js code for pages but they have not answered my questions about charging by page view rather than domain and it doesn't let you know Googlebot came by). I did enjoy the free trial period.
