Webtrends problem

Can you exclude visits of less than 1 minute?

Hi,

I've been asked to run a report showing various things but I am struggling to find a way to exclude visits lasting less than one minute. I'm familiar with the filtering process and have successfully set up a few in the past but I can't find anyway of excluding these short visits.

Has anyone got any ideas on this?

Cheers,
Luke

::bump::

Anyone? I've had a quick look at the trial version and there doesn't seem to be a filter option for this...

Thank again

Just got this back from Webtrends, no wonder nobody here could help!

"Hello,

Unfortunately their are no filters available that allow you to directly
filter on session length. "

I have allways wanted to do that too. I have found a way to do it now but you need tools to filter the data other than WebTrends. I use a network packet sniffer with build in data mining tools to do this sort of filtering but I am sure you can use other tools too that use your logfiles. I would guess you need some sort of data mining tool - but I am afraid it's probably something that cost a lot ...
