Tracking Programs

what tracking works for you

We have a couple of websites instead of one main site, and need to get serious about tracking where sales come from, who clicks to what pages on our site etc... Does anybody currently use any tracking programs that they like, and if so, what do you like about them.

I've been playing around with FastStats (after many years with WebTrends and others) and I must say that I enjoy that software very much! The speed of it is amazing. In a test I did 106 MB of logs, parsed it, filtered and produced the reports in 3.6 seconds!
