Summer Traffic

How is everyones traffic doing lately? Is it down at all? I expected mine to....and it has, by 50%.

How is everyone else doing and what is the site orientated towards (general category would be helpful!)

I was dreading those sorta replies ;) Though I guess since my site in question is educational.....you would expect these people to get jobs during the Summer!

Traffic mixed:
New fishing site=up
Old fishing site=down
Winter fishing site=quite slow, although I don't know why?:>)
Product site=unknown-too new

BOL - I think you need to take a break from worrying about visitors in the summer - you have a nine month theme!

My tourism traffic has been steady - but I really think you have a seasonal theme. Wait 'till September to judge traffic.

Yep, good stuff Mardi...

It is just that this time last year I did not have a site to guage Summer with. I hear what you are saying, and I like the 9 month theme that is there. I am working on "next season" with all the things I have picked up here....and should hopefully be ready by the time the season starts.

I just wondered if there was a general trend with traffic at this time of year sorta thing, thought I'd maybe attract a few screaming people who's traffic has dropped......so I could then ask them why and what their site is involved in ;)

I doubt WMW and similar sites will have had a drop in traffic this summer.....though I am sure that many segments of the web are experiencing the same as I

Traffic is stable, but one end of my biz suffers tragically every year this time since the kids are outa school.

Traffic seems stable. The first week of July was great! Last week a little bit less.

Traffic keeps duplicating to my server :( heh my hosting plan for my server of 65 gigs a month well 30 got used up within the first 13 days. So in the end Im paying lots over my quota. My choices ; take down sites or make them make money!
