web trends and ip address lookups

I'm having trouble using the geotrends function when doing an analysis. The log files contain domain names rather than ip addresses. Some servers do this apparently. When I disable geotrends lookup, the log is processed normally.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get Webtrends to do the IP look up successfully?

I've been waiting for that answer for a long time, too.

I think it's a server-side thing. Someone has to configure your server to do the look-ups, so that the names get logged, not the IPs.
