Record initial download time from sever

In the statistics for each page loaded it

may consists of

index.htm
image 1
image 2
image 3

etc etc
Rather than me go to the index.htm time then to the last image end time and add up all the seconds...to determine how long a page takes to download on to someones machine, is there
a tool out there that can do this!...

Opera browser ticks off the seconds as the page is loading, you can watch it being done as the page is loading.
