I downloaded 2GB of file full of data in this format.

[19/Jun/2002:19:19:24 -0700] "GET /hardware/ HTTP/1.0" 200 580 "-" "PHP/4.1.2"
64.246.25.181 -

I was wondering which program I can use to analyze data of this type.

Any of the Web Logging Analysis software titles mentioned in these threads will do it. You can use web-based analysis or software based. However a 2 gig file may cause the system to hang.

We use WebTrends Analysis Suite because of the high level of configurability - with the appropriate filters and a lot of practice you can extract allmost everything.

The down side is that it takes a long time before you control the software.

Another issue is that you have to buy the Reporting Center Enterprise Edition to get built-in ROI analysis tools. Did I mention this edition costs $10,500? :-(
