Then just over a week ago they performed some system updates, and when the service came back up, the reports being shown were always a day or so 'behind', ie I look at the reports Tuesday evening 7pm and the bar charts would be just updating for upto 7pm Monday. Data wasn't being lost as far as I could tell, just that it was taking ~24hours to appear.
The weekend just gone and another period of downtime on WTL for updates. When I checked my reports Saturday evening they were nearly 2 days behind, and when I check this (Monday) morning the barcharts are still only upto 4am-ish for Saturday, which is what was being shown Sunday evening and hasn't moved on since.
Is it just me getting this?? is it because I'm using the freebie service?? if so, its hardly encouraging me to sign up to a paid fullblown service if this is what I can expect.
Am I alone in this?

As you suggest, such outages don't inspire confidence in the fee-based versions of WebTrends Live.
