Hi, I have a question about Cute FTP for accessing my log files for my website. I am wondering if the transfer files are complete for all my visitors. I am getting customers who have placed orders but their visit does not show up in the Transfer logs files. I also have WebTrends reports that come out weekly and they differ also from the FTP logs often showing IP's that do not show on both. Can anyone explain why this would be or give me some information about the FTP? My website is on a Apache server. Thank you in advance.
