It is a piece of software that helps the human factors and user experience departments.

The software acts as a tape recorder and records exactly what the end users see. This software will compliment an analytics solution.

The analytics solutions can only record the actions of a user. The TeaLeaf software will record what people see, so that you can better determine the why they initiated the action.
