Is there a tool that would scan my website content (titles, h1.., etc) and provide me with aditional keywords that I may have missed?

None that I know of that would do what you are asking.
IMO...you're best bet is to compare the search frequencies of related keywords on overture or a similar tool and compare to the words you already have, or it might give you words you haven't thought of.
