Analyzer Problems!

I recently started using *a particular analyzer* because of their claims of remote tracking through URL's. Sounded great and was a solution i definetly need. Unfortunately when a user uses the tracking URL and goes to the website to fill out a contact form there is a problem. our contact forms have multiple required values in drop down lists that you must fill out. When a user is using the tracking code the form refreshes every time before the user can get to the next value making the form unusable. Form works fine without the tracking URL but when the analyzer is involved it doesnt work. Any suggestions? Anyone know any other tracking programs that can track remotely? thanks

If by Remotely you mean the tracking is done by a script on your site taking data back to a third party server, there are hundreds. See "tagging based" ones in this thread [webmasterworld.com]

Try putting the tracking code below the form. Often these companies ask for the code to be at the top of the page, but this can cause problems, especially with load response times. If your form uses some dynamic technology, this might be causing the problem. (I am not a coder - so don't shoot the guy just trying to help...)

The more complicated solution would be to stript the tracking URL extension into a cookie, then feed it back into the tracking script by altering the script to take its data from the cookie, not the URL. Again - I just ask people to do these things... I can't do it myself without hurting my head.

I apologize for mentioning the name, didnt realize it wasnt allowed. What i mean by remote is there is no script at all...all tracking is done through a URL as I have no access to the sites we send traffic to.
