Google Analytics alternatives?

I'm tired waiting for my Google Analytics invitation. I performed a search and found only 2 websites that can be a real alternative for it:

[logdy.com...] and [statcounter.com...]

as far as I understand, logdy.com is a new free service and statcounter is quite old (maybe more reliable? but less functional!).

What do you recommend? Can you add other good alternatives?

The only concern is that you will be showing a small animated image on every page you want to track. But this is one of the best free service i have every used!

I was trying Stuffed Tracker and was really liking it and then my Google Analytics invite came. It costs $100 and uses javascript similar to google. The nice thing is that it's all on your own server You can track 3 sites for that price.
