I am trying to understand what are good referring url and which arnt, i have noticed when typing the allinurl:mydomain.co.uk a link that i am not sure on
Below is an example of this, it redirects to ebay, what can i do about getting rid of this link

write a mail to the webmaster of this site to remove your site link.

"good referring url"
My thought in this that, these are the URL's which have content related to the theme of your site and a good traffic coming to the page. Also 'Google' Page Rank can be considered for the same. you can also check the IP address if it is not spammed.

"Bad referring url"
URL's which are using black hat techniques: keywords stuffing, spamming and are against search engine guidelines
