Stats, Google, Russian Websites and more.! help!

I just did a search for my website name only (without the .com) and came up with hundreds of pages from different urls. They aren't links though, they are more like statistics/logs pages from different sites. I've never heard of the urls on the stat pages but each page is set up the same, like this:

RefDomain Hit Bot Searches Clicks

with a list of about 50 sites along the left, mine included, and then numbers filling in the rest of the boxes

should i be concerned? what is this? all of the urls seem to be like this:

strangenameurl.diseases.org.ru/2005-08-19
strangenameurl2.cow.org.ru/2005-09-12
strangename2.com.ru/2005-09-21
etc etc

there are literally hundreds of these pages when i google the name of my site

any clue on this, is it a problem or should i just not even care about it...
