I've recently been having a lot of trouble with my stats provider and am giving thought to switching to another tracking service for my PPC campaigns. While the people at my stats provider have been exceedingly friendly, response time to the issues we're experiencing has been unacceptably slow.

Anyone care to make the case for your favorite tracking package?

Hello Handsome Rob,

Many thanks for posting. I am afraid I edited your post - please don't let that put you off in future. It is not good to tell us which stats package you are using if you are recommending dropping it. (I am sure the company you mentioned are big enough to take the criticism on the chin, but hope you don't mind me taking their name off - it's really not necessary to get the answer to your question.)

The answer to your question is to start by looking here. [webmasterworld.com]

Best wishes and welcome to Webmasterworld. [webmasterworld.com]
