can anyone help me in detecting spam views on parked domains?

If you have access to the web server logs (or more helpfully, a traffic package that processes the logs), you can look at how many hits you're getting from robots (although some bots will pretend to be Internet Explorer, and I don't think there's a good way to separate those out).
