I'm new to WebTrends and was wondering if anyone knew how to get a report to show the page views for EVERY page on my site, not just the most popular pages viewed. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

If a page doesn't get viewed, WT won't know of its existence and won't put it on the list. But any page that gets viewed/requested will get reported on. If your listing isn't long enough, change the length of the list in the template settings.

I'm sure that more pages are being viewed, but all the report shows is the Top 20 pages viewed. So, I guess I need to change my template settings, but I can't find that anywhere. Is my version (6.5) too old? Thanks for your help.

No, you could definitely do it in older versions, all the way back to 4. The thing to remember is that WebTrends always analyzes the full set of URLs - it just doesn't display them all. So the data you want is waiting for you in the internal database.

Go to the templates section and check around there. In 7 it can be changed globally in Template Options and also on a template-by-template basis, and I think it's in the same place in 6.

Ignore the stuff where WebTrends indicates you are changing INTERNAL tables, which are database issues. You want the displayed tables, not the internal ones.

Well, I still couldn't locate anything that said "Templates" in my version of WebTrends, but eventually I found what I needed...

When I clicked on "Report" I went to the "Content" panel and under "Resources Accessed" I changed the "Top Pages Table" to 500 pages, so that it would be sure to show all of our pages' views instead of just 20, which it was currently set on.

But, I appreciate all of your advice! Thanks!

Oops, I guess they changed the name to Templates in version 7. Sorry.
