Webtrends Not Reporting Certain Pages

Hi,

I am using Webtrends Log Analyzer 6.0 on our website for statistical reports on site usage.

For some reason, I'm not capturing any hits to pages that follow this format:
[ourdomain.org...]

Can anyone tell me why?

With such an old version of the program, it's likely that ".pl" pages did not exist back then and therefore are not defined as legitimate extensions. Locate the place where "page file types" can be defined and see if "pl" is on the list, and if not, add it. That will take care of it.

One other possibility is a filter that doesn't allow /cgi-bin/ directory pages.
