Looking for a professional program that allows you to design your own newsletter with statistics, handle delivery, tracking, list management, and reports etc..

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Campaign monitor - best I've seen, and I've played with a few. I'm currently actively trialing it, and haven't found anything I don't like about it.

No affiliations with them.

I'd also like to know about others which don't see me paying per email sent, ie. a one off cost to purchase the software.

Sending email through that one above would be VERY costly to us.

I used Xpedite in the past, but was not too happy. Right now I am evaluating Inxmail.

We use Lyris. So far it's been able to do everything we want it to. I'd recommend.
