My server crashed, and I needed to reinstall Urchin 5. I need to get the demo lisc validated and turned into my full paid version.

I have sent tech support requests, and have not gotten a response. Does anyone have any contact info for anyone at Urchin?

Yea, know that they were purchased by Google. If you follow the support links, it takes you to a form for a support ticket. Been waiting for weeks for a response.
