Guestbook spammer

Who is it?

Any idea who is at the other end of 195.225.xx.xx and .xx? I'm getting a quite clever spammer autocompleting my guestbook despite what I thought was some quite clever concealment tactics on my behalf. Every 9.5 hours, or thereabouts...

I've cured it now with something more subtle still, but I'd rather not block these IP addresses if there's any chance there could be someone with integrity who might be sharing those addresses.

Can anyone comment?

try a WHOIS on the IP. I just did and I am getting the same info for both IPs...apparently in Amsterdam.

Or the Ukraine.
That's what I get...

What I was asking about though, is whether, despite this onslaught, daily.
a) Are genuine people likely to be sharing these IP addresses
b) Are these IP addresses already known to be sources of spam

The ukraine is in the top 5 for fraud, if not the top 3, can't remember.

So if you are selling anything then you don't need ukranian traffic anyway.

If you have a specific ip that is a continuous problem, then ban it, I would anyway.
