Tracking if video has been watched full length?

I have a 20 minute introductory video on one page. It is part of a direct mail campaign. Since the start of the campaign on Monday, the video got 45 unique hits.

Is there any way to see if the video gets watched in its full length? From what I understand right now, even aborting after 1 second would count as video-hit in my logfile. Can a WMV video launch a website once it played trough?

you can used clipend to set the clips finish time, then you set a timer going and call the onend function if that is called before your timer gets to clipend, the you know that they haven't watched, else, they did watch it all!
