question about geolocalisaition

Hello;

I am developping a tracking/logging tool which is now
quite finished.

I would like to a add a last feature : REAL geolocalisation.

I think it is not possible to have a 100% acurate way to find the real country of an IP.

Actually i am dealing with the registry like to get the country :
ripe, arin, lapnic, apnic... but the result are i think arround 80 % rights (most of geolocalisation tools use this way of searching)

I would like to know if there is another good way without using IP->country database.

I think most people who do it use an ip to country database of some kind.

I don't really know what else there might be as a solution.
