Keywords Tracking Software?

I am fairly new to SE Promotions. You could say I am baby to Internet Marketing.

Somehow, I have just started working on the PPC Campaigns.
I am searching for good keyword tracking software.

I would be nice to know how performance of individual keywords that bring the sale to you:)

I can't find any good recommendations anywhere, i've trawled quite a few sites but am still scratching my head.
