Session Tracking in Webtrends 7

Hi,

I am trying to do session tracking in Webtrends 7 Enterprise for 3 cookie values. I have had the developers create 3 seperate cookies and am trying to track with 3 different profiles for each cookie. I am not seeing any results. I have checked the basics...cookies are in the logs etc.. but I am not getting anything back? Shouldn't the cookie show up under Top Visitors? I would appriciate any help I can get.

Can you paste an example line from the Top Visitors report? (by the way, how far down did you look on that list? It's not unusual for the top 5% or more of visitors to be cookieless, so go far down the list before deciding cookies aren't showing)

Can you paste an example of the cookie field, which I'm assuming contains three cookies?

Finally, can you define what you mean by "I'm not getting anything back"?
