It seems like every time that requests are made from "planet servers" (at least to my site) its an outraged scraper Bot. Checking my logs, since May 1st this year there were 17 outbreaks from IPs that belong to the above mentioned, All of them fell into the Bot-Trap. So just simply ban them by range.
