read log file by FTP with WT

Hi,

I'm trying to use Webtrends log analyser to read my log files by FTP access and generate a report.

WT read all the files execpt the last one (because this file is lock) and stop on an access error !!! is it possible to exclude the last log file from ftp access ???

I've had a lot of problems with the WebTrends' build-in ftp client. My recommendation is that you use a third party ftp client with a synchronisation feature.

I use WS_FTP Pro's Synchronize Utilityn to download logfiles every night and it works perfectly.

I use Webtrends and have never had this problem. I also was two reports last 30 days and yesterday. Try setting a profile up for last 30 days then in the schedualler setting the actual range.
