Odd stats: 260 000 hits and 0 visits from one host

I discovered in my webalizer stats some weird numbers today:

Somebody from IP 67.9.32.45 managed to make 260 000 hits and get 260 000 files having 0 visits...

Does anybody know what is this? And what should I do with this? Ban this IP or something else?

Most stats packages define a visit as having at least one page view. This entity was asking for no page files, just (probably) images, pdfs, scripts, whatever. Banning this IP may not make a difference though; they could have a different RoadRunner IP next time.

It seems it's related to my previous posting [webmasterworld.com ] - some veird UserAgent 'Visicom Toolbar' downloaded my favicon.ico thousands times....

Should it be banned?
