Anybody have info on agent::_detectURL?

The IP (59.115.163.61) goes to Taiwan. It ignored my robots.txt. Anybody have any information on this agent?

Bull, thank you for taking the time. The link to that other thread really does not talk about the agent detecturl. The ip's listed in that thread are completely different also.

59.112.0.0 - 59.123.255.255 belongs to HINET Taiwan as well as the two other IP addresses mentioned in the thread I linked to.
