Picking a web stats package

Hi

My company is in the process of switching over webstats packages. We were going to go with WebTrends On Demand Professional, but my director got cold feet on the monthly charge pricing of it.

He wants a tracking system that you pay for once and then it's yours - you don't need to pay any monthly fees or pay per traffic volume or anything like that.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
