Am trying to use custom reports to watch key pages within these areas to try and get some vague visit information, but I can't seem to get them to work. The reports say things like there were no visits for a page in a particular week, and when you check the page views, there were 100+ for this page. Obviously this can't be right.
I've emailed them for further help but I was just wondering if anyone else here had run in to similar problems using livestats?
If anyone has any advice or tips on ways around this I would be eternally grateful.
its amazing how that software doesn't report UNIQUE visitors!
Well, I understand that what they call 'People' are essentially Unique visitors. The problem is that it only reports them for the whole site. So when someone asks, how many visitors were there last week for x group of pages, I'm unable to easily give them this figure. It is frustrating!
