I'm looking into purchasing Clicktracks, but it's really expensive, especially with amount of traffic that we get. Anybody ever used them? Is there anything cheaper that gives the same results as ClickTracks?

Havce been using it for a long time, it is an excellent solution from a creative and design point, as we can see menu changes etc effects easily. Our creative guys love it :)

We have had our moneys worth out of it easily, a very usefult tool :)

Although Clicktracks is little expensive but on the usability point of view it makes marketing and usability analysis much simpler, especially for fault and strength identification. However NetTracker can be considered good and reliable too for getting technical and drill-down data from a website.
