On the top 100 pages of a site I would like to add a list of pages that people who visited that page had also visited during their visit.

Is there any way to get this kind of information with Webtrends or maybe Clicktracks?

With Webtrends I could do 100 custom reports all filtering visits for one specific page but this is very time consuming and there should be a easier way.

Defining most popular pages is easy with WT. Your question relates to someone choosing a particular page and then what page they also went to immediately after (or if you cookied them, some time later). WT is powerful, and it can be done, but work is work with WT.
I would recommend giving the user your best "path" from the original page they visited, or give them the top three pages you would like them to see that has the same theme.
