bot from Czech Republic

Here is yet another bot, the IP address resolves to a hosting company in the Czech Republic.
Seems to be well behaved apart from requesting the same page twice the same day (but that might be because it is part of a web ring rather than it's fault).
It doesn't understand a 301 response though, as it never requests the index.php page that it gets given.
Anyone else observe this bot and knows any more details?

I googled up an english language version of their entry page: [ccubee.com...]

Lots of technical jargon, but I can't figure out what ccubee IS.
Without looking any further, I can't tell if its a product, a service,
a software package or what. -Larry

Yes, it doesn't seem to clear what they are offering. I particulary had a chuckle at their integrate state-of-the-art 64-bit search-engine for portals phrase which they like using.
