Need help on AOL user tracking

I have tried every way I can and I cant seem to track the exact location or even the state for that matter of an aol users account. I was burned for almost 5000 dollars and all I can get from AOL is sorry about your luck.

I have been reading for weeks now and cant seem to find an answer. Can someone please please help me? Here is the latest email header from an email taunting me. Please help.

I'm not an expert at this, but since there is a large amount of money involved, I'd consult a lawyer. AOL may change their tune if a subpoena is involved.
