Hi all,
Have you any idea how to hide Affiliate Links for search engine bots? I don't wish my site PR to be leaked out.
Should I hide them using Java, PHP or something else?
As I know java links are crawled by bots at this time, is it right?

use the nofollow tag around your affiliate links and google will not leak any PR through them.

See a full explanation here:

use a 301/302 redirect with a deadlink for bots for full effect

1.If I use "nofollow" will the bot crawl the mentioned link or not?

2.Will it get information that the mentioned link is affiliate link or not?

rel="nofollow" does not stop the bot from crawling to the link. It simply is the equivalent of saying "I do not vouch for this link, do not trust it simply because it is on this page"

But affiliate links comes in different forms, eg Javascript.

Should be possible to put nofollow (tag) around the whole code.

<nofollow>
<SCRIPT type="text/javascript" LANGUAGE="javascript" src="http://www.#*$!.com">
</SCRIPT>
</nofollow>

or is it enough to put nofollow in the URL above?
