Geographical Resolution of AOL & more

Quova Inc has just announced that they can now resolve geographical locations for AOL users, cache and corporate proxies .....

This sounds like a solution to some of my problem tracking users to the province/state level.

Any comments? Any idea how this works?

Hmmm....some type of deal with AOL? Those aol proxies are the bane of my life!

Apart from that I'd have said somethin along the lines of custom whois db...
