WebTrends problems with dynamic pages

It doesn't report the full URLs of dynamic pages

We have an ecommerce site which uses ASP, where the product pages are generated by a page like -

www.domain.com/listrangesandproducts.asp

When the user chooses a product, the page changes to something like -

www.domain.com/ listrangesandproducts.asp? rangeCode=widgets

Simple so far. But when WebTrends runs the top pages reports, it cannot get past the first URL. It doesn't report on all the dynamic URLs.

Yet, under Top Referring Pages, it has no problem picking out all the

listrangesandproducts.asp? rangeCode=widgets etc

Log Analyzer is supposed to be able to do this, it even has a separate report for dynamic pages. But it never gets past the first URL when counting page visits.

Is anyone else having the same problems tracking dynamic pages ?

I found it !!

There's a sneaky little section in the Options tab, where you specify exactly how the URL is treated (ignore the question mark or not, etc).

Now I'm happy :-)
