I am getting spam emails with file attachments of viruses. I believe I know who it is but how can I proof it. I believe getting the IP address will allow me to ID sender and prosecute. Can anyone offer support?

All I know is that there are IPs listed in the header of the e-mail that may help you identify an ISP that the e-mail is comming from, but that doesn't mean that the person sent it on purpose.
It could be that the person had your e-mail address and the virus sent itself to you.
If someone knows how to get the IP of a specific computer from an e-mail I would like to hear too.
