Webtrends Failing Like Crazy!

I recently installed the cookie plug-in on our server running WebTrends and have had the below errors ever since on one of my profiles. I uninstalled the plug-in and am still having problems. Since I installed the plugin it has seemed to override my image files I created to change the look of the webtrends reports to fit my colors. Any idea on what might be causing these errors? Thank you for any help you may provide!

Hi Matt, you also had the /// error, right? Did that get resolved?

It sounds like something is corrupted with that profile's database. It could have been caused by the cookie plugin but I suspect that's just coincidence. I think you should try making a copy of the profile in question; run it with a recent start-analysis date so you can quickly see if the errors stop.

As for the customized report images disappearing, it's normal to have to replace them whenever you upgrade. Did the cookie plugin happen when you changed to 7.0c?

I have always had 7.0c

I will give your recommendation a try
