I spoke with a rep there last spring about how they were coming out with a new product to replace WTL and upgrading all their accounts.
I dutifully set up an OnDemand account and started using it expecting the change over would happen shortly.
I learned the OnDemand (probably the small business edition) wasn't really ready - that many of the features that I depended on with WTL were not implemented in OnDemand. Sure I got on the phone with them - but I'm sort of loosing faith in the product.
Prices are higher, feature and benefit set is lower and I'm just not interested in buying less for more money.
Anyone know when this change over is really going to happen and if they've increased the benefit / feature set so it is closer to ready to primetime?

As of yesterday, I coudldn't even log in. This morning I log in and find there's an upgrade happening with On Demand on Jan 21 - 23 where there is "new functionality".
Moving from 7.0 to 7.1 requires a browser plugin which seems to offer some real functionality although I don't quite know if these features are avaliable to the lower end of the pack rather than the enterprise users.
My primary gripe with 7.0 (which really seemed like a pre .0 type release) was I used to be able to give a client a secure login to their own WTL account where they could see their stats and not the stats of my other clients.
This was NOT a feature of On Demand as of last summer although it was "promised".
Also, they limit the number of accounts you can have in a single account effectively increasing the price.
I was also unhappy with the fact that you could no longer easily cut and paste graphics and tables to put them into reports and you had to rely on their reports.
There are other things that I don't like but perhaps I am just being fussy. And it was wonky, working only sometimes, not others - like right now.
Tech support from them seems like more work than it is worth...particularly since they don't seem to make information easily accessible - even from what they tell you.
Stats seem about the same, case by case, when WTL and OD are run on the same site.
My contacts at the company are all no longer there and it feels like I can't get a straight answer, except what the sales people have to say.
